the pictures shown are the pictures for the achievements available in mass effect, these 'medals' are just the achievement pictures and nothing new. The achievements is mass effect are called names such as "medal of valor".
I bought a PS3 last week for mgs4 but I have to have my xbox on at the same time just to chat to my friends, this update will be good but I can't believe that it wasn't just like this out of the box, another reason why I held off on a PS3 for so long
The PS3 does look a little nicer but I think the brightness on 360 has been jacked up, the graphics are as near as matters identical
